Globe Lie Euro Tour Summary

Globe Lie Euro Tour Summary

Here is a summary of the globe lie Euro tour. This was following two weeks of activism in the U.K. If I have missed anyone out, please tell me and I will include you. :-)

Amsterdam 29.09.19 The morning of the first day of the Globe Lie Tour in Europe, it was raining so initially, we weren't even sure whether activism would even going to happen at all, but luckily it started to ease off, so a number of us caught the boat from the camp site where the Amsterdam Flat Earth convention punters were camped.  At least 20 activists came out this day from the Amsterdam camp site including myself, Jack, Jason Disbury, Roxanne Glen, Jeran Campanella, Dave Murphy, Adam Meakin, Iru Landucci, Rodrigo, Arwin, Gary John, Charlotte Love, Scubadracula and many more. Because it was still a little rainy upon our arrival, we decided to set up outside the main Amsterdam train station under cover. During this time, three or four different authorities, including police, security and council came out and attempted to shut us down, but all of their attempts failed. That day I met an engineer passing by who reassured me that  'You're right, it is flat'.  Then walked away.  I also introduced Jeran to a student who had some questions about satellites.  It was a successful day despite the weather.  On the way back to the camp, this time around we got the metro back, and Roxanne filmed. Some of the bigger channels that day had their first experience of street activism, and I later learnt that even they were challenged.  In fact one of them said something like 'I don't know how you guys do it. Just one day was exhausting, never mind going from one place to the next, day after day'.  This made me feel better as after two weeks of activism straight in the U.K, I was completely exhausted too.  So much so that I didn't think I could do more than one week of the Euro tour for this very reason, but as time went on, I guess I must have become accustomed to the non stop predicaments we were faced with on a daily basis and it became the new norm for the next two and half months...

Here is UK 2222 summary

Belgium, Gent 30.09.19 The morning of our first activism without Jason, I'd had a couple of hours sleep only as Jason and Roxanne had been awake most of the night, anticipating their flight home that morning.  I was restless anyway, awaiting the next day.  After Jason and Roxanne left the van around 4 am, I got a couple of hours sleep before Jack knocked on the van door early ready to go, having had no sleep at all that night.  Jack had needed to make last minute arrangements with his Italian friend Cesco, who he met a couple of days previously, to leave his car in Amsterdam while on the globe lie tour.  Lee also had agreed to join the globe lie tour just the day before only, so we left the camp site with myself Jack, Lee and Igore, and we were seen off by Gary, Charlotte and Reuben.  Just as we were leaving campsite grounds however, Jack noticed that the tyres needed pumping.  That wasn't a good start, but we had to put off dealing with this until later. When we were close to our first location, we briefly pulled into the road side, only to find a white sports car parked directly in front of us that had a personalised number plate that said 'JEREVAN' bizarrely.  It might as well have said 'Jeranism Van'.  After two minutes in that same parking space however, a vehicle drove past us and we heard something pop!  This vehicle it seemed, had come too close and consequently knocked off the left wing mirror!  Miraculously however, we found the mirror in the road in one piece, and wedged it back in place. That was a close call we thought.  So we arrived in Gent, and it seemed that this City was made for trams not cars and esp not big vans. We were a little late and parking spaces were scarce, but eventually we found a spot. When we were just about to leave the camper van however, I double checked that all the windows were locked, and saw, to my bewilderment, already the back window was missing!  This is was our first day, I thought to myself, if we continue like this, I don't know how we're going to make it through Europe!  We couldn't figure out how the window had disappeared, however we didn't have time to deal with it that moment, so we quickly went scouting for a spot to set up and found a location that seemed to be literally streaming with students, so we pitched up there. However, by the time we established, many of the students had passed and we realised that we were behind the back of a train station and it was too late to relocate, but it was our first day, so I think we did OK considering.  This was also my first day filming ever, and I didn't know that I would be the filming til Jason told me the day before.  I didn't know how I was going to cope with this as I am not great with technology, but I had to get on with it.  Fortunately, I already knew Lee from the UK, and he had previous experience of FE activism from speakers corner which was well needed.  We were happy to see that at least one local guy came out to support us and hand out leaflets which was a great start.  He believed himself to be the only globe denier in his area, but there were more than likely plenty of others that weren't yet ready to show themselves on the street.    Unfortunately we didn't quite recall his name. As Igore spoke no English at all, he helped with the set up and handed out leaflets.  Despite the difficulties that day, we still had some good interactions in all.  I had a memorable conversation with a young Belgian student and Lee took lead of being on camera.  Myself and Lee also took a walk around the front of the station where there was evidence of mud floods, and Lee interacted with a few locals.  After a couple of hours streaming however, the wind blew the set up down, so we took this as a sign to end the stream and pack up.  Although at this stage I'd done two weeks of globe lie activism straight in the UK as well as a few consecutive days the previous year with Harry and Jason,  Even though at this stage, I was becoming accustomed to having challenging conversations on the street, I still wasn't used to being live on camera doing street activism at all. I had mostly been in the background so I had a lot to overcome very fast.  Jack also was not used to being on camera, and was new to activism. Not only this, but although Jack understood basic English, he had virtually no experience of actually speaking it before this trip, so this was a real test for all of us.  I don't know what we would have done without Lee for those first few days considering all this.  Here's a quick summary of Gent put together by UK 2222

Germany, Hamburg 02.10.19 was challenging. Our mission control ie Jason and Roxanne had suggested for us to set up outside the Town Hall, which was a really big, important looking building in a big square.  It seemed sunny upon arrival, and Jack helped us to set up, but when we started streaming, he had to disappear for a while to sort out some of the van issues, but in the mean time, it started pouring down with rain, and was very windy. The banners and whole set up went flying down multiple times.  We attempted to speak to some of the locals anyway under the canopy, but it didn't make it any easier when the police came out and asked us to move on. I asked them what law that comes under and they told me something in German in attempt to fob me off.  To avoid any hassle, I asked the police where it was permitted to set up and they told us that any public space away from the Town Hall square is OK.  Jack had returned by this stage, so we packed up and found a spot on a bridge, by the river and continued, but this turned out to be in our favor because the rain had stopped by then, and there was more of a flow of passers by.  We handed out quite a few leaflets, but getting conversations was challenging. One Latvian guy caught the banners from the corner of his eye and let us know that he was in agreement, however it was very hard to get Germans to engage in conversation. Later on, Jack found a big model globe in a shopping centre and got a snap.  As we went through Europe, we saw heliocentric symbolism everywhere.

Germany, Berlin, (Charlie check point) 03.10.19 We were lucky to find a great parking space right in the middle of everything. We tried to set up in the very centre, but we were once again stopped by security and asked to move on, so we found another location which was in visibility of the van. When I was just about to go live, we discovered that the dongle had run out of data, so we called Jason and he suggested teathering from Lee's phone, so we tried that and it worked. Unfortunately however, because of the delay, we missed filming some full on interactions with a crowd of young English guys. When we finally went live, the crowds had dissipated somewhat, then shortly after, all kind of police began to parade the streets, which included large numbers of riot police, police dogs and police cars. I mean literally 100's of them.  There was never a dull day so far, so we were wandering what the next surprise was going to be.  We later discovered that the police were there to watch over the demonstration that day which happened to be 'Grannies against Nazi's'! The noise from all this madness took almost everybody's attention,  so we weren't able to do much activism for the first couple hours while this was playing out, but the positive outcome of this was that the police completely left us alone, as they were clearly more occupied with policing the grannies!  So we continued filming, then during then the chaos, Jonas came to support us, who was local and German speaking. We had met previously at the Amsterdam convention, however I was already so sleep deprived that it took me a while to register that, still Jonas was really helpful in Berlin.  We did however have a number of run ins with some 'Sci man dan' fans who turned up and left their silly signs everywhere'. Once all the chaos had calmed down we had a few different conversations with some big groups of tourists. Lee did a lot of flat smacking and was very entertaining in doing so.  On the way out of Berlin, we dropped off Jonas, then we passed a giant blow up globe, and of course snapped a picture with the van.  I have to add also that while Lee was on board with us, he was very apt at keeping the crew very well fed. :-)

Poland, Warsaw 05.10.19 We had a day off to get to Poland, and this is where I had intended to fly back to the U.K, but I had cancelled my flight along the way so that we could meet Dave Murphy and keep the tour going. Before we arrived in Warsaw, we stopped to do some laundry, which turned out to be a big ordeal, as we learnt that in Poland, they don't seem to have change in the shop tills. Yet the launderette was unmanned and coins were required, so it took quite a few hours to figure out how to get past this obstacle. While we were waiting, in the cafe next door, I had quite an in depth conversation a Norwegian guy who happened to be a University lecturer in Poland. I gave him a leaflet and a couple of my booklets. We left the launderette with wet clothes and were left to to dry them out in the van. When we finally arrived in Warsaw, the first place we parked, we were immediately shouted at aggressively by an older Polish woman. She told us we couldn't park there, but upon speaking to a younger guy, he said don't worry, leave it here, as no ones going to bother you, because, as we were informed it happened to be a public holiday that day.  We assumed that this was some kind of annual holiday and that perhaps this would be in our favour as the streets would be streaming with people, so we took his advice, grabbed the gear, and started to make our way into the City centre. But very shortly after making our way there, we all started to hear some very morbid sounding music coming from the city centre in the distance.  Everyone was wearing black and carrying flowers and flags of an 'important' looking person with dates on the flag. We gathered by that there must be some kind of public funeral that day, so we very quickly decided that it wasn't appropriate, and headed back to the van, then made our way to the airport as unfortunately Lee was leaving that day. It was challenging driving out of Warsaw as there were Police were at every corner, then we finally arrived at the airport, and it was impossible to park because the van was too high, so we dropped off Lee and said our goodbyes. Before leaving Poland however, we stopped at a petrol station, where four big army tanks happened to be passing, so of course, we drove in front of them and snapped a picture, while laughing with the Polish soldiers looking at us baffled.

Here is a short video of me telling the story of Poland.

Tallinn, Estonia 8.10.19. We had two days to get to Estonia, and we picked up Dave Murphy on the way from Latvia airport with a heart shaped sign entitled 'Allegedly Dave' and filmed his arrival. Behind the scenes, Robin Campbell had been contacting media all over Europe, so when we arrived in Tallinn, Dave immediately took an interview with Delphi TV. They tried to make us look silly, by asking silly questions, but their attempts failed as Dave responded very intelligently, in fact this interview had so much of an impact, that I think the media might have been informed all over Europe to leave these people alone. Shortly after Dave's interview, Tarmo and Reimo showed up to support us. Tarmo was described by the chat as the Estonian friendly giant. He had studied law for 5 years before he realised the whole system was flawed which included being lied to about the earth's shape. Tarmo's appearance couldn't have been better timed as shortly after, 6 or 7 police showed up on the scene, alongside three police cars and a police van. Tarmo then told police that they have no business here, and that they should move on. In fact Tarmo was so not intimidated by the police, that he told them to 'f* off' in front of their faces. He wasn't intimidated by them at all because he knew the law and besides, the first lot were not really police they were fancy security dressed as police.  So later the real police attempted to shut us down for two hours, but again, they outright failed too. The police also attempted for around one hour to get Dave to show them his ID, but he insisted that he had committed no crime therefore had no obligation to do so, and with the help of Tarmo, their attempts failed.  Once again, the police interference only brought us more attention, so we carried on interacting and filming until finally, the police sped off in their cars, clearly angry at their lack of ability to enforce their control. Reimo also brought us clothes, food and petrol money which was great, esp as it was colder than I had realised in Estonia.  In Tallinn also, we were visited by local restaurant staff who came out of nearby cafes. They had no previous knowledge of our appearance and were in support of us, but unfortunately they were unable to stay due to slave commitments.  It was also ironic that we happened to set up outside a cafe called 'Mad Murphy's' on the first day of the tour with Dave.

Dave's interview starts at 4 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nDkAW5n8SQ
Riga, Latvia 09.10.19 In the morning before Riga, we quickly finished pasting on the last of the globe lie stickers, then on our way to Riga, we happened to pass the biggest 'space monkey' you could imagine, which was a great photo opportunity. We got a great parking spot here and set up outside the Town Hall. When we first arrived, one man was busking opera opposite us in some very low tones. We were pleased also to have support from two helpers, one being Dave, an Australian engineer as well as one local guy.  Once again, the police paid us a visit, so we calmly let them know that we were here for one day only, and that we weren't bothering anyone.  Again, they asked Dave for ID but he refused, so they settled with pictures of the banners for their records, and went on their way.  Later however, a couple of U.S. based trolls appeared.  The woman had green hair and a sign stuck to her backside saying 'Make fun of flat earthers on YouTube'. Dave took over the camera at this point, and confronted them, but it wasn't too long before they ran away, unable to answer his questions. There were a few videos clip made of that interaction.

Lithuania Vilnius 10.10.19 We arrived in Vilnius within time, and once again, Jack found another great parking spot which was in view of our set up.  We had a short wander around and a hot drink before setting up in another really big square outside the Town Hall.  We'd been informed that we were meeting media here, but they never turned up. I think after the previous interview in Estonia, the media had been told to leave these people alone.  Can't have too much truth being spilled can we.  It was also on and off raining that day, and the people were spread out thinly in all different directions which made it harder, so I approached big groups of young people as well as tourists, and gave them the low down. Despite the challenges, we still had a number of conversations and handed out plenty of leaflets between us. We decided to cut it a bit short in the end, as the rain was getting in the camera, but we still got the word out in Vilnius.  On the way out that evening, we stopped into a gas station, and to all of our surprise, the gas station just happened to be called 'NASSA' with the second 'S' being a mirrored snake!  If that wasn't enough, on the way out, without our request, the google maps gave us verbal directions out of the gas station.  'Your next turning is Kopernika' it stated.  We were like WTF!  Of course we snapped a quick pic of the whole thing.

We arrived just outside of Prague in the early hours of the morning on a full moon.  Miraculously, Jack was full of energy and suggested that we should check out Czech.  I hadn't even considered such a thing during the trip at any point, as there simply wasn't enough time, but this night was an exception.  We asked Dave if he wanted to join us but he sadly declined. The whole trip, including the two weeks in the UK was very physically constraining, and I had coped with being cramped in the van by doing yoga at some of the petrol stations.  At home I have a pole dancing pole in my living room. I get a lot of body pains, and pole dancing is therapy for me. It was also full moon in Aries, so I decided that if I could, I would find somewhere to pole dance.  Of course the only place I was likely to find a pole dancing pole was in a strip club, so we sought one out. I don't drink, and neither does Jack normally, so it was far from a night on the piss.  So we found a club and I asked one of the girls in there if I could have a go on the pole. She said no, but of course I did it anyway.  The poles were really tall so I was able to do a few advanced moves before getting dragged down by security.  I can't say that I have ever gate crashed the stage of a strip club before, but there's a first time for everything and this was worth it, despite the trolls who lied by saying that we were spending globe lie tour donations on piss ups!  (We used our own money and it didn't cost a bomb anyway).  On the way home, we found a giant monkey with golden balls outside some government building and of course snapped a photograph.

Prague, Czech Republic 12.10.19  The next day, or should I say the same day, despite the lack of sleep, we had an awesome day.  The van was parked in a great location very close to our set up, in the square where hundreds if not thousands of people must have passed that day.  It was a great move of Jacks to grab a parking spot in town in the early hours, as if we left it 'til the next morning, it would have been packed and not a chance of a parking space.  It was really hot that day which was such a contrast compared to Estonia, and the streets were cram packed with tourists, including noisy English footballers who had lost against the Czech Republic the day before. We were located very close to the famous astronomical clock which was awesome. That day we got a lot of help from Yan who was from Czech, who brought with him pictures of the original astronomical clock. We learnt that before they manipulated it to depict the globe model, it used to have a flat map inside.  Yan belongs to fecore.org which is an organisation that conduct curvature experiments to put the globe model of the world to scrutiny.  That day, we also met an English and Czech globe denier couple with a child who were aware the tour, however they found us by a total fluke as they had no idea that we would be on the streets that day. We had many other interactions, and everybody enjoyed themselves.  We streamed for over 5 hours that day, free of any hassle from authorities.

Vienna, Austria 13.10.19 The night before Vienna, Jack encountered his second night with no sleep on the tour as that morning, Igore had to leave the bus and catch the train back to Slovenia.  We didn't even get to say goodbye, but Igore was coming back to help us in Slovenia later on at least.  So we found a tight parking spot, and had a brief walk around town, and Dave treated us to breakfast which was nice.  There were horses and carts everywhere in Vienna. It was a bit like an old film set in that way.  So we decided to set up outside St Stephen's Cathedral which was massive and spectacular. We were unsure of whether we would get away with that but we took the risk. It was very touristy there, and there were also lots of young scientists who wanted to debate us. I think there were University's nearby. It is very left brained there. At one point during the activism, two police cars sped towards us and jumped out of their cars, and we thought here we go again, but fortunately they completely ignored us and ran straight in the Cathedral doors. Jack met some Serbian truthers and towards the end who informed him that there was a Flat Earth convention in Slovenia that year, and yet he had no idea despite extensive searching! That day also, some of Dave Weiss's (DITRH) friends came out to meet us, and later Dave (W) made a short video of that day.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHfC0AvpInk

Bratislava, Slovakia 14.10.19. We arrived in Bratislava in the morning, and got we got another good parking spot in the City centre, but wasn't free.  So that morning, we attempt a laundry mission.  We walked all over town, which included passing through an indoor shopping precinct with it's own 'waters above' built in, but we ran out of time and the mission failed, so we headed into town and set up in a big park in the city and very shortly after, we got some local support from Peter who did a lot of activism in the local language. I had a half hour conversation with a lawyer who didn't want to give in. I informed him there is a lawyer in the U.K (Anthony Riley) who is looking to take the educational system to court for misleading children regarding our cosmology. I also informed him of the court case in America where there was a $11,000 award for proof of curvature which lost in court. (Zen Garcia). Later that evening, Peter treated us all to a lovely meal, which included a creamy soup served in bread that was the new rage that evening, so we didn't leave Bratislava hungry.

Budapest, Hungary 15.10.19. We arrived here in the early hours of the morning, and me and Jack decided to take our chances with another laundry mission in the middle of the night. We left Dave to sleep, and took a long walk into town. We had offered to do Dave's laundry but he was so convinced that we wouldn't succeed so he declined to hand over his clothes. We didn't have any local currency but unbelievably, we managed to find a 24 hour launderette that accepted bank cards, and so we made our way back to the van by 8am! We managed to sleep one or two hours that morning, and the next day I climbed a nearby tree before heading off to the City centre. It was really hot this day as well and we had to take the underground into central Budapest. We set up in a really big square, but we very quickly learnt that there were road works going on in the square that day, which also happened to be on every corner on that square, so there was no avoiding it, but luckily later on, it calmed down. We also met Sandor here, who is the founder of fecore, which is an fe group for scientific research. Sandor had conducted lake Balaton experiments a few years previously with Dave Murphy and co and he did a great job helping us on the streets that day. Jack also met a couple of science teachers who were really interested and took a bunch of leaflets to give to their students! Later that evening, we were invited to hang out with Sandor at his house for a while before hitting the road again later that evening.
Here is a one minute video on that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jcf5nRAg6rc

(Budapest City Centre)

Chisinau, Moldova 17.10.19. We drove though the night from Sandors 'til around 3 am, where we reached the Romanian border.  The intention was to drive through Romania in order to get to Moldova, but we were abruptly turned as away as we didn't have the van paperwork that they required.  We ended up instead getting a bit of sleep on the border then the same morning we drove to lake Balaton for the night, while waiting for the correct paperwork.  By the time we arrived at the lake, it was dark, so the next morning, despite the cold water, myself and Jack had a quick swim in the lake, but Dave declined, then we headed back to Sandor's once more to pick up the paperwork which was sent via special delivery.  We arrived at Sandor's place just in time for the mail, and it was this time around that I noticed he had a piano and so I took the opportunity to have a quick play before we had to leave.  Our schedule however by that time had changed, and we had to skip Moldova, and return to the Romanian border once more.

(Me in lake Balaton)

Bucharest, Romania 19.10.19. Upon entering Romania, we couldn't help but notice the ragged nature of the country.  It was really hard work in Romania, but at least we got a good parking spot nearby. Initially, me and Jack set up by ourselves as Dave was on his Sabbath.  The first problem we had was deciding where to set up, as there seemed to be no central location, so everyone was spread out.  The first place we tried was next to a Sax player who was busking next to a big shopping centre, however we were very quickly moved on by security, so we tried a second attempt to set up in the local market which was much busier. The first guy I spoke to was from my birth town of all places, but after that, once again we were moved on by more security. We offered to pay them for a pitch but they weren't having any of it and proceeded to roll up our banners for us! So we set up for the third time close to the original location, on the pavement next to some traffic lights.  Dave came to meet us later and agreed that the location was challenging, plus Romania was the first and only country where language had posed as an issue. We still handed out as many leaflets as we could and had very limited conversations, but we did our best.

Belgrade, Serbia 20.10.19.  We encountered some of the worst roads in  Serbia and Romania. But it wasn't until we drove through the Serbian border in the early hours of the morning, that we discovered that we couldn't get data here, because it was outside of the E.U.  Not only this, but our mobiles didn't work either, so we got a bit of wifi from the nearest petrol station, and attempted to resolve the issue after a couple of hours sleep.  So we sought out a local sim that was meant to have 10 GB of data, once we started streaming in the park however, the sim lasted for just a few minutes before it cut out altogether. We later learnt this was just about long enough for our local support to figure out our location and come to the rescue.  We had unknowingly set up in a park opposite a science University but it was a Sunday so there were no students, however previously to that, a local homeless guy tried to steal our set up! The guy grabbed two of the metal poles for the banner stand when we were relocating, and jumped over a fence with them, but luckily Jack spotted him, sprinted after him, jumped the fence and got the most important one back, but the smaller one was never to be seen again. That was fortunate otherwise we would have had real problems the rest of the trip. So finally Vesco and Alexander found us, and joined in with the activism before we were even introduced and despite everything, we still had a number of good interactions in the park.  Vesco then helped us with our data issues so we could start streaming again, and suggested a busier location on the high street so we relocated once more. This spot was much better, in fact, it was the best yet, as people seemed really open there and took leaflets easily. When I wasn't filming, I was flyering non stop, and we must have given out 100's if not 1000's of leaflets between us, and we got no hassle from authorities.  It was ironic however that we set up right next to a mini model illuminati triangle with an all seeing eye built in the road! Even more paradoxical was that when we first arrived, there happened to be a puppet show right next to it! Later that day, we hung out at Vesco's place and met his musician friend George and learnt about FE-MEX, the Serbian/ Croatian flat earth YouTube channel. Vesco offered us all a proper bed for the night, and I slept for a couple of hours but Jack stayed awake the whole night and we continued onto Pristina 5 am that morning.

Pristina, Kosovo 21.10.19. We were warned by people in Serbia that it is dangerous to drive into Kosovo at night, but in our experience it was fine. As soon as we got through the border however, we had data issues as it was outside of the E.U, but luckily people there were very helpful. We bought data from a post office near the border, and a local guy helped us to install it in another shop opposite. However unfortunately we were having 'ground based tower' problems that day, plus Google maps required that we touched the phone every ten second, to save the location from disappearing. Not only that, but the address we put on the phone, somehow lead us away from the City to a small country road where chickens roamed around freely. It was at this point that we figured that we might have been heading in the wrong direction, so we quickly made our way back to the city centre while wondering what went wrong. We didn't have time to find the chosen destination, so we pulled into a nearby park and put the banners down on the floor and did our thing. It was really hot that day, and the people were very receptive and Dave spoke to some local kids while Jack handed out leaflets like crazy. We even had a dog make himself at home by our banners. At some point, a woman approached Dave from a T.V. Station and showed her interest in doing a feature about the globe lie, and put it to her boss. Unfortunately we only had time for an hours worth or so of activism that day, because we had to make our way to Macedonia for Dave's interview. On the way out however, the Macedonia border control were demanding 280 Euros at the border for entering their country with a UK van, but Jack hustled with them and we eventually got that reduced to 90 Euros and the police man got some money in his back pocket. The Kosovo police even gave us a lift in their police car at the border to get money out to pay the Macedonian police, they would only accept cash and we weren't anticipating this extra taxation.

Skopje, Macedonia 22.10.19. The evening before the activism, we arrived at Malenco's home, where Dave Murphy took his second interview with him. For anyone who doesn't know, Malenco is a famous T.V presenter in Macedonia. He is known for pushing the boundaries with his content, and consequently, the U.S. Government asked the Macedonian Government to get him off mainstream T.V. I guess he must have been creating too much controversy, but apparently this made him more popular! Malenco now has a studio in his home, which is where Dave filmed that evening. The next day we had help from a few locals, Marko and Ariel as well as an appearance from Malenco and his friends, however we had data issues that day, and Jack had to go off at the start of the set up to sort out the problem. We also had battery issues that day too and I later figured that the heat seemed to affect the amount of power the phone could hold. It was really burning hot that day, and the town square had a massive set of fountains, so at some point, I had to get under them to cool off. We also discovered that day that there happened to a NASA expo in Macedonia and people on the street thought we were part of it! I said I'm sorry to say but this is the anti NASA expo! Another thing that was noticeable was that there were a lot of beggars in Skorpje, and towards the end, a beggar kid went up to the camera asking for money. We also got to know Dragan who has studied the globe deception in depth for 50 years. He used to put together T.V shows and composes music and had a full music studio as well. Dragan's wife is a globe denier also and later that evening we did a hang out in their house. We left Dragan's at 4am, and Jack got no sleep once again, I got a couple of hours only and we made our way onto Bulgaria.

This was Dave's interview on the tour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBKibnC-qUc

Sophia, Bulgaria 23.10.19.  Upon entry at border control in Bulgaria, the police insisted on checking our passports around 5 times which I think was a record, and this gave us some kind of an indication of the level of control in this country, but we were yet to discover the extent that this control would be taken to.  When we drove into the city centre that morning, a young guy stopped us in traffic on a skate board and said he's been following us on YouTube and was really exited to have bumped into us and that he planned to meet us later that day.  This first thing that was noticeable was Just like Scopje, Sophia had a big fountain theme going on. Once we parked, we scouted the area for potential locations to set up, and along the way, unlike most of the other locations, I felt that here I would distribute some Globe Lie stickers on every visible lamp post. Upon setting up, we quickly had some good interactions, however people did warn us that the police wont let you do this. We didn't let that deter us, so we carried on, but it was only 15 minutes before the Bulgarian-Barbarian police showed their faces, and told us 'STOP'! They barely spoke any English so there was no reasoning with these guys.  They were very authoritarian and brutal and the locals were scared of them. One of them even said to us 'That's the police, you must obey', so it looked like the police were used to getting their own way in this country. I pointed the camera towards them for two seconds as they arrived, but they quickly pushed the camera out of my hand, and shut us down. They later searched camera to attempt to delete the film, but it was already too late, as little did they know, the short video had already been uploaded live on YouTube. They then demanded ID and detained us in the street until they got it. Jack got escorted to van to pick up our ID, while me and Dave were guarded by three police until his return, but even when they had our passports, they kept us waiting there for quite some time before they finally let us go and told us not to come back again. We later heard that it is illegal to film in the street in Bulgaria, but this was the first country that we encountered this level of control. I thought it was strange and symbolic that all this happened to be occurring the hour of my 40th birthday! However the highlight of the day was when we got back to the van and four local Bulgarian school boys ran out of school to find us! They informed us that FE was big in Bulgaria and was on T.V, so that made it worth it.

Athens, Greece 25.10.19. We had two days to get to Athens, and the toll fees in Greece were insane. One woman at the toll booth told us that you need to be rich to drive in Greece. That was apparent. On the way there we stopped in a petrol station at 5 am, where the attendant, a young Greek guy was playing the music of a famous Greek pop star full blast who had happened to roll in the petrol station that week. When he saw our van, he thought we must be famous as well and asked for a picture of us by the van and Jack gave him plenty of info. We often had a quick dance in some of the petrol stations anyway, but this one was infectious, and the attendant wasn't exactly discouraging us. We later discovered that Dave Murphy got a video clip of our dancing which went on the next live update which entertained everyone. Later that day we passed an almost desolate beach and created time for some sunbathing and a good swim in the sea which was well needed, esp after the ordeal the day before. We continued driving that evening, so the next day we had a bit of time to check ruins in Athens quickly before setting up.  I spoke to a Greek guy on camera who seemed to know a bit about about the subject and began educating me on it. Jack engaged with crowds of young guys, many of which were very scientifically minded in a conditioned kind of way. He also met a Russian nuclear scientist who said that the globe lie is very popular in Russia. Upon leaving we found a second window smashed to pieces, and Jack had to temporarily fix that before leaving, we then had a 13 hour drive and didn't sleep all night then carried on the next day!

Tirana, Albania 26.10.19.  We arrived 9 am, having driven 13 hours from Greece, and on the way to Tirana, Jack caught a picture of an all seeing eye!  I slept a couple of hours, but Jack had no sleep at all, then he spent two hours trying to find central parking, but it wasn't possible, so we had to walk into town to deal with the data issues we had there, as we were outside of the E.U. We firstly had to get to a bar to get wifi, then we went on a phone shop mission, and we tried around 5 of them before we finally found one that had SIM cards in stock. This day Dave was resting for Sabbath, so he stayed behind, and kept an eye on the van, esp after the incident we had injured the day before.  As we were two miles out of town, Jason suggested that we should get a cab into the centre with the set up, which we did. So it was just me and Jack this time. It was very sunny that day and we set up in a big square. We spoke to quite a few young Albanian kids who said that young people in Albania know about this subject, and many of them were open minded. We were greeted by police that day also, however we informed them that we are on a tour around Europe and that we were only here for the day and that they had nothing to worry about. In the process, Jack did a good job of flat smacking them and gave them each a hug before they left us alone to do our thing. On the way back, we couldn't get in touch with the previous cab driver, so we ended up walking back for two miles with the cannon and got back pretty late. When we returned, Dave had been concerned that we might have been arrested, but luckily all was well.

Podgorica, Monte Negro 27.10.19. We drove though the mountains early morning and took some pictures of the scenery, then we proceeded to picked up (Gille) by the sea. Me and Jack had a quick swim. We were surprised how warm it was considering but Dave didn't want to go in, as he is used to the warm Caribbean sea. Shortly after, we met up with Mabus who bought us all lunch.  Mabus has a flat earth YouTube channel with 28,000 subscribers. He also happened to be a police officer, and therefore assured us that we wouldn't be getting any hassle that day, however there was a marathon in the street that day which made it hard. We had lots of support there for such a small country, in fact there were more of us than people to talk, (around 7 globe deniers) so we all spread ourselves out and engaged with or leafleted everyone we could, and still had some good conversations despite the lack of influx. Mabus also brought us 40 litres of the best local spring water which was great. Later that day, we had a coffee in another bar with Mabus and Gille before we went on our way. Here is Mamus's video of that day

Sarajevo, Bosnia 28.10.19.  We arrived at the border in the early hours of the morning, but border control wouldn't let us through until we paid some road tax, which we couldn't pay 'til the next morning when everything opened, so we slept in-between borders for a couple of hours that day. It was really cold that morning, and we had to try a few places before we could buy the road tax that they required, plus they wouldn't take cards, and there were no cash points and we were almost out of diesel, but we just about managed to find enough cash between us luckily.  Shortly upon entering Bosnia, we were greeted by a herd of cows that blocked the road, so of course we snapped a picture of one of them.  In Bosnia, we met Moke and Adi. Moke had studied free energy as well as the globe lie. We got a great parking spot, and Moke brought two SIM cards to help with the data issues and Jack went off with Adi to deal with the broken window situation. Everyone spoke Serbia/Croatian there as well as English so Jack had no issues with communication here. A few of us went scouting for a location to set up, as the original plan didn't work. We found a really busy spot on the high street, and Dave filmed this day, which left me and Jack free to hand out leaflets. People were fairly closed there and getting conversations was difficult, but we still ran out of leaflets. That day also, there was a parade in the streets with brass instruments also. That night we stayed at Moke's place. I ended up falling asleep at 6pm in a bed, and woke up 6am, by which time we had to get going. Moke joined us on the bus to Zagreb that morning also. The van was searched on the way through border control which wasn't the first time.

Zagreb, Croatia 29.10.19. We had more support in Zagreb than anywhere else in Europe.  Even Upon our arrival, there was already a good number of people waiting us. Unfortunately however, it was raining that day so we decided to set up inside a train station. In all, there were around 20 people that came out to support us that day, which included men women and teenagers as well as a local author, Elvis Despara who published a flat earth book that had been was on the front of every Kiosk in Croatia.  Elvis live streamed on Mabus's channel, and at one point, he said there were three million people watching the stream in one moment that day. People asked us how we got away with setting up in a train station. The security did make an appearance, but after speaking to a number of us including Dave Jack and Elvis, and they learnt that we are in one country a day all throughout Europe, they decided not to give us any hassle. That day, we were also gifted with several bags of food and clothes from the locals which was really nice.

Ljubljana, Slovenia 31.10.19. We had a day off here, in Jack's home town to make up for the day off that we didn't have after Greece. Myself, Jack and Dave all stayed at Jack's place the first night, and did the live update in his parents house, and met his Mum.  The next morning, Dave met up with his friend Amanda, and myself and Jack spent half the day cleaning and fixing the van, then later we met his sister Mia who also knows that we are not living on a spinning space ball.  The next day, we arranged to meet Dave in Ljubljana, as well as Joci, Edi, Igore and the weather man. We picked a nice spot by a bridge and had many interactions, however Dave encountered a woman who turned out to be a lawyer, who persistently debated him for around half an hour. It was cold that day, and eventually we ran out of battery, but we shared a lot of info that day.  Later that evening, Igore treated some of us to pancakes and some hot chocolate.

Venice, Italy 01.11.19.  In the morning, we picked up Dave, Andrea and two year old Alexander  (Zee Zee) from the airport, then we had to park outside of Venice and get a tram into the centre. The plan was to go to St Mark Square, which is a big tourist attraction, however just to get there was a big ordeal as we had to walk through rows of little alley ways and steps with the cannon, which was crammed with tourists.  We arranged to meet Adam Meakin at St Marks, and upon arrival, myself Andrea and Zee Zee sat down on the steps for a minute, and immediately, the police let us know that it not allowed to sit on the pavement!  We got quite a good indication from this, what was going to happen when we bring out the banners.  Never the less, we proceeded to set up anyway, and within a couple of minutes, no surprise the police showed up. I filmed from a distance while the the others negotiated with the police. Eventually however, one of the police saw that I was filming and told me to stop, so I walked away, and carried on filming hiding behind a pillar while the others packed away.  I learnt after that one of the police suggested a different location so we headed there, once again, dragging all our gear through all the alley ways, but it was worth it as we got to do some activism in the end!  At this point, we had an over lap of the biggest live in, globe lie crew yet, so hopefully we made up for the delay in set up with the addition of Dave Mannall's chalking and street preaching, where 'La Terra e Piatta' became the new mantra. Unfortunately, because of all the delays getting there, we didn't have long at this location because Dave Murphy was flying back that day, so we had a mad rush to get him back, which was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly we had a walk with all the gear, followed by a boat, then a tram, then once we returned to the van, we had a drive to the airport and only just made it in time! This is where we said goodbye to Dave (Murphy).

San Marino 02.11.19. San Marino is a small republic next to Italy, in order to get up there however, we needed to catch a ride in cable cart, followed by a bit of a walk.  This day, it was foggy, cold and a little rainy, however once we finally made our way up there, we had an excellent 360 view of the horizon. To add, we set up in tourist view point, so whoever made it up there, couldn't miss us.  We had some good interactions, despite the weather, and even met some people up there who worked for the European space agency, carrying their 'EESA' umbrellas. After San Marino we went to pick up Nora who joined the bus. Nora also speaks Italian which was really helpful.  We then proceeded towards Rome, and they say that all roads lead to Rome however these roads were particularly bad for around 4 to 5 hours.
(On Top of the World)

Rome, Italy 03.11.19. Upon arrival, we had issues parking so Jack dealt with that while we proceeded to set up outside the Colosseum with myself, Adam, Dave, Nora, Andrea, and Zee Zee, and later Jack. We found a spot close to the Colosseum, but a bit out of the way, to avoid issues, however as soon as we set up, the two Police showed up, (one of them being plain clothed) and told us to shut down. The police started to roll up the banners for us, as a gesture so we started to pack away, but in mean time, Dave Mannall got out his megaphone and let everyone know that they all free spirits, being wrongly controlled by their Governments, and lied to about where they live. In this short period of time, some passers by let us know that they were in support of us.  One of them was a Christian tourist from the U.S. who follows Rob Skiba. However it was after this point that things started to go pear shaped, excuse the pun. It all went wrong when Adam asked the police for their identity. I think this was a reasonable request considering that they weren't even driving an official police car, but rather than comply, they turned it around by demanding Adam's I.D instead.  I guess they must have felt insulted for having their authority questioned. Nora was translating and so Adam walked to the fence, to get his bag in response, but it was at this point that the two alleged Police, one of which the chat nicknamed 'Mussolini', i.e. the bald police man and his co worker, leaped on Adam, grabbed his balls, threw him on the floor, then proceeded to drag him in their little orange unmarked car. Everyone was shocked and we had no indication where he was taken. We explained the situation to a nearby street trader, who said that they probably took him to any one of three nearby police stations, however by this time, Jack hadn't returned from parking so we had to wait for him to come back to give him the news. In the mean time, many others including big channels had been informed and tried to help in any way they could. Upon Jack's return, we made our way back to the bus to drop off Andrea, Zee Zee and the activism gear, before heading off to find Adam, and remained live, with the anticipation of everyone watching while doing so. We headed off in search for the first police station which was an ordeal, handing out a few leaflets along the way. At one point, so that other channels could mirror the incident, I ended the stream and started a new one. When we arrived at the first police station, I tried to film discreetly or at least get some audio of the conversation that Nora had with the police, but I later learnt that the stream was cut off the second that I walked in the station, and Adam was not there so we made our way onto the next police station. It was on our way there that we got a message in the chat from Jason that Adam had been released! So we made our way back to the van, then at some point, Dave took over the stream, and me and Jack walked ahead and it was then that Adam found Dave, and everyone was revealed. The police had apparently sat him in a chair in the middle of a police cell and intimidated him for a while then gave him some paperwork and a court date, then let him free. The strange thing was that he was told that he wasn't arrested, even though they dragged him away against his will, so I don't know how that works. Nora's translating was very helpful and needed. When we all finally returned to the van, it started pouring down with heavy rain, followed by thunder and lightening, so it must have been one of those days. That evening, we all went out for a nice meal, paid for by Adam to reconcile the ordeal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seEIo-GiUec

Pisa, Italy 04.11.19. Before arriving at Pisa, myself Jack and Dave found a swimming spot by the coast, in a nearby beach town. The water was pretty rough, however we found a spot which was more sheltered by the rocks, which was awesome, however the others didn't want to risk it!  Due to the ordeal the day before we wisely decided that this time, instead of setting up in another famous tourist destination, we would ask the police where we could set up first. This worked out well as we were well in view of the leaning tower, which was just peering through the arches that we set up behind. Nora's Italian helped as always as she engaged with non English speaking locals. Interactions were difficult in Pisa, but we still had some, and did our usual leafleting. We spoke to one English woman who informed us that she knows all about flat earth because she watched the 'Behind The Curve' documentary. Jack also met a biophysicist in Pisa who knew that we don't live on a globe and understands the sun to be some kind of frequency, rather than a fire ball in the sky. That was a good result. We only got hassle from police towards the end when Dave got the megaphone out which was entertaining, but we were leaving by then anyway, so it didn't matter. We heard that Italians know about flat earth due to the superficial portrayal of it that they put on telly. On the way back to the van, Dave got out his megaphone once more, which in turn attracted a couple from Chili who to our surprise invited us to their place to do activism which was a bonus.

(We say goodbye to Nora)

Milan, Italy 05.11.19.  When we arrived in Milan, parking was a challenge, but we got a spot very near the square in the end. The square was very big and full of tourists and pigeons. One of the hustlers grabbed my hand and put bird seed into it and I was attacked by a flight of pigeons. He then requested money for the pleasure of it but I wasn't having any of it. Once again, we asked police where we could set up to avoid trouble. They told us that nowhere in the square was possible, but they suggested the underground. Dave and Adam started streaming in the square without banners, and engaging with people while me and Jack went onto to set up in the underground like the police originally suggested. So we headed to the metro, and as Jack was setting up, people in the chat told me that Dave and Adam had just left the underground and that I should find them to join us, which I did, but upon our return, security were already there asking Jack to pack his bags and shortly asked me to stop filming. Straight away, I let the police know that the other police suggested that we could set up here, but these police weren't having any of it, so the security called the chief of the metro police, shortly followed by Interpol. So I watched Jack pack up, and presumed that that was it, and that we would be leaving, so I walked away and waited for them outside, but after ten minutes, and Jack and now Adam still hadn't emerged, I went downstairs again filming from a distance to avoid being told not to film, but within one minute I got a tap on the shoulder from Interpol telling me to stop filming. Those who saw it live were concerned that I might have got arrested, as they were left in the dark but no. I did however get held back for quite a while and got taken into an office somewhere by the Interpol guy to sign some of their paperwork. While they were holding us back however, Jack and Adam were flat smacking the Interpol guy hard with the Dave Weiss app which shows visually how a flat earth works with the sun and moon. The Interpol guy was gob smacked and told the others to check this out! Finally we were released and went straight back to van where yet more police were waiting for us with a parking fine. 60 euros and 90 cents to be precise they weren't leaving 'til we paid on the spot! So we told these police the reason we were in Milan, and to our surprise, the police woman told Jack that that her son was into this and asked for flyers! I would say proportionally, more police consequentially got flat smacked than any other group of people on our trip, and in Milan especially.  Here is the Milan summary.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_WzU4G6S-Q

Plus as a bonus, Dave caught me 'flat smacking' an Italian in Switzerland on the way to Lichtenstein.

Vaduz, Lichtenstein 06.11.19. is a very small country.  Upon our arrival, as usual, we sought out a good central location, but we quickly learnt that Lichtenstein was so small that it was very hard to find anyone to engage with. Still, we didn't give in and went on to set up on a 'main', (virtually empty) high street. We were told by the locals that if we were willing to wait around for two months, it would be tourist season, and the place would be flooded with people. That was nice to know but unfortunately we had other things planned before then, so we set up anyway and did our best, however we didn't speak to more than two or three people, one of which included a Jehovah Witness before we were greeted by the police who claimed that they had 5 complaints and told us that we had to stop. That must have been the record for interaction vs complaints ratio, but hey. Dave did his best to flat smack the policeman anyway.  Lichtenstein as we learnt, turned out to be a very well off, very controlled place. What made it harder was that the only tourists there, were big groups of Chinese who generally don't want to engage with us, and almost never take leaflets. Never the less, we put our banners away, and did as the police requested and proceeded to flat smack all the nearby shops in Lichtenstein to leave our mark, before heading off to pick up Sven from the airport that night... or at least we thought we were picking him up from the airport. We later learnt that Sven had missed his flight, so we made our way to Munich.

(Dave Flat Smacking on the way out of Snitch Litch)

Munich, Germany 07.11.19. This was our first really positive experience of Germany. Firstly, we were lucky to get a perfect parking space right opposite the police station, then when we arrived at our set up, there were police right there already. They were dealing with something else, so we carried on as usual and set up right in front of them, and they said nothing and left us alone the whole day thankfully. The location that was chosen was great. It was in a big, busy square with lots of pedestrian crossroads and big shops. I did however notice illuminati symbolism, all seeing eyes and triangles on one of the buildings but that is to be expected.  It was cold there, but that didn't stop us from having non stop interactions. Jack also happened to by chance meet a woman from his home country, and I found a Globe Shop, literally full of every type of globe you can think of, but more telling was a clock with a levitating sun! Towards the end, Andrea introduced me to a guy, who was wanted to know more, and he was very receptive.

(We discovered a levitating sun clock in this shop)

Frankfurt, Germany 08.11.19. Before arriving in Frankfurt, we had yet another broken window.  It was left open with the blind covering it so we didn't notice until Andrea said 'I just saw something flying off the van!  So we stopped in a petrol station, where not only was there a giant NASA rocket, but Dave spoke to a guy who worked to Bosch who admitted that there was a solid barrier in the sky that signals are bounced from.  In the mean time, I was busy stickering the NASA rocket with some truths.  When we arrived in Frankfurt however, it was challenging. Not only was it cold, but we arrived a little late, and getting interactions was hard, but we had some support from a German couple Stefan and Marianne who drove 200 kilometres to meet us. It was mildly raining here as well, and ironically we happened to set up opposite the Einstein cafe.  We were paid a visit a here by a well known troll known as 'Sly Spartan'. At first, The Stefan tried engaging with him, shortly followed by Dave Mannall, then at some point, Sly had to make a quick dash. We thought that was enough drama for the day, but a little later, we discovered that more anonymous trolls had wandered by, leaving their 'Sci Man Dan' posters behind. Germany it seemed, beat any other country for anti globe lie trolls. All this happened while Jack was on a mission to fix the van window. Dave at least found a busier location away from the banners, and had some better interactions, but the highlight of the day was a surprise visit from our mission control, i.e. Jason and Roxanne, along with Sven, who came unannounced which was great. That evening, these young German guys and girls approached us because of the van and asked us questions, we invited them in the van, and ironically one of the guys happened to be wearing a NASA t.shirt, however the girl was particularly interested in what we were saying and so I handed her a number of leaflets and booklets, while the others gave them the low down, and even better, Sven did so in German.

Luxembourg 09.11.19. We had lots of support this day from our three additional members, i.e. Sven, Jason and Roxanne. It was the start of the Xmas rush here however, as the lights and wooden shacks were placed in every corner. We set up right outside the countries parliament and I understood that some important guy was passing through that day, and hence, the police were present opposite us. Sven's German helped here, and the chat enjoyed watching someone flat smacking in two languages interchangeably. We attracted a lot of attention and controversy here, in a positive sense and Jack met a flat earther passer by, (Mustafa) who was really happy to have passed us, and offered his support in the future. As it happened, in most locations we spontaneously met globe deniers or flat earthers in the street but this one was particularly moved. We rarely got stuck with language issues in any of the locations we chose, as we were usually in very touristy areas, where there was an abundance of English speaking people. We were left alone by authorities and as we were leaving, Dave was still persistently flat smacking the police outside parliament 'til the bitter end.

(Parking spot next to Police Station)

Paris, France 10.11.19. We drove very close to Paris however when we learnt that there were 100,000 yellow jackets celebrating an anniversary of activism with the possibility of rioting and bad weather, that was enough to deter us, but to add to that, we had all had a bad night's sleep the night before, so needless to say, we decided to give Paris a miss. We did however pick up another gas bottle.

(Jack caught this picture)

Bordeaux, France 12.11.19. Because we skipped Paris, we proceeded onto Bordeaux earlier, and that night, we found a camp site called 'Twin Lakes'. The campsite owner was English, and he moved away from the U.K. to get out of the matrix and have a slower pace of life. That evening, Dave Jack and Sven all did a very good job opening up his mind, while I sought out yoga spots and did some head stands and sun salutations.  The next morning, once the rain calmed down, we explored a big outdoor Bordeaux market. Andrea was normally the one in the (mobile) kitchen, cooking us lovely warm nourishing meals, throughout her time on the tour, but this night, I made a hearty vegetable coconut soup for the crew. The next day, we were parked around a mile away from our set up, and thankfully, we were supported by Lucy and John who are both English living in France. I met both Lucy and John in the the Amsterdam convention previously. Lucy speaks a bit of French which helped. It is hard engaging with French as they don't like speaking English, in fact Jack had a conversation with one guy who said that they all speak English here, they just don't want to.
It rained here a number of times also which made it harder but we still managed to hand out lots of leaflets and had lots of interaction in the end. We even spoke to a homeless guy with two dogs who was dressed as a pirate. Sven did some camera work here also, which gave me a break. Later that evening, Lucy and John bought us a nice meal and Lucy read my poem on 5G and agenda 21 in the restaurant which Dave filmed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeaohGUHrwU

Madrid, Spain 14.11.19.  Jack was stopped by police for being 'suspicious' before we even started here.Sven was sick this day, and I felt that I was starting to develop something, but I carried on anyway.  We set up outside a big building in a square, that ironically happened to be right next to a van that said 'Nivel' in big letters, which means level in Spanish and luckily once we set up, the authorities left us alone. It was windy this day which made it challenging with the banners, but despite this, we still had a good day. Howard joined us here, who brought his own Spanish and English leaflets, highlighting the globe lie and other pressing topics. Howard lives in Spain and speaks Spanish fluently. One of the highlights of the day was watching Howard flat smack a giant blow up busking Mario brother. We were also supported that day by a local globe denier, Javi who has a YouTube channel called 'Praise The Shrinking Sun'. We also met an English guy out here who feeds the homeless and does his own form of activism. At the end of the day, Javi spend some time in the van with us before we had to make our way.  On the way out, we caught a picture at a petrol station which said 'FAKE', which was a good summery.

Lisbon, Portugal 16.11.19. We arrived in Portugal the night before, and parked in a campsite with laundry facilities and had a meal that night. The next day, we set up in a perfect location for 'flat smacking' right next to the beach. Unfortunately however, as were arriving, it became more and more apparent, that I wasn't going anywhere that day as I was sick. Luckily however, we had Dave, Howard and Sven on the mission who were shortly joined by English Daniel who runs a community over there called Merkaba. Daniel also brought his girlfriend with him, as well as his girlfriend's friend.  Myself, Jack, Andrea and Zee Zee however went on a tyre mission for the van and left the others to it for a couple of hours. The issues was not straight forward, but they were temporarily resolved. Upon our return, we were still able to keep our parking spot on the beach front which was great for activism. It was really nice weather this day, and people were very relaxed and open, and there were many interactions.

Gibraltar, UK 18.11.19. We had one day off to get to Gibraltar from Portugal. We arrived in the evening and parked just outside, in Spain, in the marina car park. Gibraltar is tiny. It is technically a country but it is more like a big town. I was familiar with Gibraltar previously but the others were a bit surprised that in order to enter the country, you have to cross a flight path which is right next to border control. We decided to leave the van outside of Gibraltar that day to avoid any hassle and therefore did the activism without the banners on this occasion, as not only was the whole place seeming with Military police on a normal day, but that day, there just happened to have been a football match, so there were more police than normal patrolling the area. Despite this, we still had a good go of leafleting and chalking in the high street and having interactions. Sven chalked outside the police station which was a bonus, and on the way back, near border control, Howard had a really good interaction with some Spanish youth and made a great video of that day.

Spain, Benidorm 19.11.19. This was a bonus stop, and we arrived at Howard's parents house, in the early hours of the morning and slept on his sofa. The next day, myself and Jack had a little wander around the holiday beach town, and had a quick dip in the sea. Later that afternoon, we did a bit of street activism on the beach with myself, Jack, Howard, an English couple Julie and Colin. I met Julie and Colin previously at the U.K convention, and they were kind enough to bring us some gifts to help with our journey. We were also joined by a Spanish woman Esther and her son who came to support us. Later that evening we met Alex, (conspiracy music guru), as well as Mike Wilkerson, a Chiropractor and supporter of the globe lie tour who had been studying a giant petrified Elephant in Spain, and through his understanding of anatomy was able to show evidence for this. His YouTube channel is Stellium7. We had a hang out that evening by an indoor swimming pool where I shared some of my poetry and sung two versions of my Amy Wine house FE cover with Alex, and Alex played some of his awesome conspiracy music live in a hang out that evening.

Spain Valencia 20.11.19. Upon arrival we were faced with parking issues, so we left Jack, with Andrea and Zee Zee to park the van while we attempted to set up, however when we arrived at the presumed location, we decided between us there wasn't enough footfall, so we checked out a number of other squares, none of which were suitable so we eventually, after a long ordeal of dragging the bazooka around from square to square, we ended up setting up close to the Valencia train station. However by the time we got there, Jack had no idea where we were and we had no way of contact, so his only option was to go in a bar with Wi-Fi and try and figure out our location from the livestream. A local guy in the bar identified the spot gave him rough directions, but it was so far away that he had to ask four more people how to reach the point along the way, so when Jack finally found us, we were relieved! We had help that day from Julie and Colin again which was great, and it was fortunate that they didn't give up as they had to chase us around as we relocated.  Jack still got an hour and a half worth of activism in the end before he had to go back with Dave to find the van which was parked two miles away plus. Howard once again did a great job of speaking to groups young people in Spanish.

Barcelona, Spain 21.11.19. We set up right outside the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Acheulian, and found an awesome parking spot right next to this Spectacular Cathedral for only 6 Euros for the afternoon.  I noticed at the beginning of the set up coincidentally, there was a 'Flatmates' sticker behind the set up. We certainly weren't short of people to speak to here. Howard also arranged to meet his Spanish  friends here who supported us on the streets, who also happened to be dancers and Howard got some awesome footage of them dancing next to the van. You can find them both on Instagram. We had many interactions here, and at the end of the day we met a really dramatic Argentinian woman who was very entertaining. Sven and Howard left the tour bus here, so we were back down to myself, Jack, Dave Andrea and Alexander.

Here is Howards video from that day...

Andorra 22.11.19. is a very small country and as small countries go, there were problems. As Andorra is outside the E.U, the first problem we had was data, which we managed to obtain for 30 Euros. We then proceeded to set up, however the weather wasn't that great that day. It was spitting and cold. We learnt that many people were Spanish speaking here, which was great because we were  armed with English and Spanish flyers thanks to Howard. It was only a few conversations in however, before we met a woman who warned us that they wont let you do this here, but she wished us luck, and we carried on. Next thing we knew one guy passed with a dog, and informed us that he was undercover police and showed us his badge. He told us that we can't do this here then walked away. Dave and Jack however ignored his advise in order to prolong our time there until it was enforced by 4 more police who arrived shortly after to shut us down. They informed us that flyering was not even permitted here, so reluctantly, we packed away and got police escorted back to the van. I continued filming anyway, and on the way back, Jack cheekily asked the police to identify our van when it stood out like a sore thumb. I explained to the police woman what were were doing around Europe, they then checked our passports and left us to make our way.

France, Marcelle 23.11.19. We drove though some difficult roads to get to Marcelle, but when we arrived we got a great parking spot in a prime location, then we pitched up in a great location next to the river mouth. It was sunny the whole day there, and we had non stop interactions and both myself and Dave were streaming. One guy came to meet us who was a globe denier and he brought his brother with him who was skeptical but we had some good conversations. We also met a golden Mexican street performer, who had a lot to say for himself, and spoke to a guy who wanted to speak to me in Spanglish besides many others. People were very open here as they often are in Ports, and we had received no hassle from authorities this day which made up for the day before, however the camera cut out a few times here. Jack flat smacked like a pro here, going from one group of youngsters to the next.
(Another great parking spot)

Monaco 24.11.19. Earlier in the day, before we reached Monaco, we stopped in one famous tourist location near the coast to do a bit of activism, however we were very quickly met by a number of police who literally stood in front of the van, and walked us out, forcing us to back out every step they took forwards. They were not satisfied until they watched us drive away. Still, the guys made sure that all the police got leaflet. This episode happened so quickly that I didn't have a chance to get out of the van to join the others, as this was only meant to be a quick bonus stop on the way to Monaco.  The journey to Monaco was paved with very tight, bendy, high up roads, with a lot of traffic.  Monaco it's self is a small French speaking principality, and we drove through some places that were clearly very affluent.  When we stopped the van for more than a few seconds, the police were right there edging us to move on. Still we got some footage of the Globe Lie Tour Bus which did three circuits around the famous formula 1 'hair pin' bend, which was the main purpose for the stop. On the way out of Monaco however, we were faced with the same road challenges, only more of them.

(Globe lie tour outside Monaco Casino)

Bern, Switzerland, 25.11.19. This was our last day of activism with the Trinity's, so we tried to make the best out of the day, and considering how conservative the country has a reputation of being, I think we did alright. Upon arrival Dave and Jack went scouting for a location, and we were lucky to get a great parking spot in the high street, so we set up next to the van which made a great billboard. Plus it happened to be a market day that day, which was an extra bonus. Dave had a great conversation with a couple of young girls, of which shortly after, DITRH made a short video from some of that footage. We did a bit of chalking here, as we did in many of the locations, however this pissed off the street cleaner who really let us know about it! However in the end, two unmarked police showed up, and cut us short. They told me to stop filming straight away, but they got well a truly flat smacked by Jack and Dave. But even as we were packing up, Jack was still flat smacking a  market stall holder 'til the very last moment. After that, we drove Dave, Andrea and Zee Zee, to the airport and said our goodbyes.

Here is Dave Weiss (DITRH) video of Bern that day.

This left just myself and Jack in the van, which was a first for us, however we knew that Jason and Sven would be joining us in Denmark, and we had two days to get there, so after the live stream that evening, we drove through the night to Holland, and slept a couple of hours. The next morning, Jack arranged to have the van tyres replaced, which is a legal requirement for Scandinavia which cost us 200 euros. The four mechanics were very open minded and already knew about the corruption in general, however by the end of it, they were well and truly flat smacked, and grateful for the information.  Not only this, but just after 'The Trinities' ie Trinity 4 had left, in the same garage was a sign 'Tri Gon 4 Vision'.  We then went on another laundry mission, then continued on our way to Denmark, where we had to cross a ferry unexpectedly.

(A bit of supermarket activism)

Copenhagen, Denmark 28.11.19.
At the border of Denmark, we were more heavily questioned by border control than any other place in Europe. The police needed to know what our purpose was here. Initially, we simply answered tourism as we were too tired to explain, but they weren't satisfied with that. They said no-one comes to Denmark for tourism, so we explained we are travelling through 39 countries, talking to people about our true cosmology. After the police heard the proper explanation, they were like, that's too much information, it's OK, just go through! So we arrived in Denmark late and slept in a nearby petrol station and picked up Jason and Sven the next morning. Even at the Airport we were threatened with a big fine for stopping for a couple minutes, so the level of control in these countries became very apparent to us. So finally, Jason and Sven came to rejoin, and we made our way to our first Scandinavian destination, Copenhagen, and set up by an anchor next to a canal in a busy tourist area, which was recommended by one of our local helpers. Needless to say, it was very cold that day, but fortunately, we had support from a number of globe deniers, including Brian, French Bull Dog, Anna Sophie, and Enzo who was from Bosnia, living in Denmark, all of which contributed towards the tour. Plus we were synchronously joined by Gita, who happened to be passing who was just 15. We all had dinner later that day which Brian offered to pay for, then we made our way to Norway.

We had to drive through Sweden to get to Norway, however we needed to pass a 100 Euro bridge to get there, which was harsh. Luckily we had two days to make this journey, and we had been invited to Ingrid's place who we had met previously at the Amsterdam convention. So we arrived at Ingrid the next evening, and thankfully, Ingrid had prepared a lovely hearty soup for us, as well as beds for each of us which made the journey so much easier. Ingrid's home had a fire place and a piano, and that evening, we had a clear view of the stars, (in the snow)! We also met Ingrid daughter Tuva and had some interesting conversations together. The next morning, Ingrid also made us all a lovely breakfast, that set us up for that day's activism. When we got back in the van that morning however, we discovered that our drinking water, alongside a bunch of bananas was frozen solid, so we were even more glad for a bed that night.

(Ingrid's Daughter Tuva)

Oslo, Norway 30.11.19. We were lucky enough to get yet another good, nearby parking space here, and we decided to set up next to a Tiger Statue, in a train station main square where there happened to be some animal rights protesters set up there already. Ingrid came to support us also, then shortly after our arrival, a globe believer showed up with a Sci man dan sign, and set up his camera with a tripod and debated Jason heavily for over one hour, who believed that he had proof of curvature. In addition to this, one older guy approached me who was pushing a baby in a pram. At first he asked if this was a performance and are we artists in a sarcastic manner. I said no we're not artists, (in this context at least) and I explained that this is about the globe lie. Global warming you mean he said, I replied no globe lie and you're welcome to take a leaflet. I could see there was no point in giving much information to this one as he was full of sarcasm. He then accused me for working for the C.I.A I just said no, sorry and laughed it off, however ten minutes later, he returned very angrily, telling me that I shouldn't be filming him. I said this is a public place, and if you don't want to be filmed, then why are you coming in front of the camera. He then smashed the camera out of my hand, by which time Jack stepped in and told him where to get off. He then asked Jack if he was Russian, and backed off! I think he thought Jack was a Russian spy or something. So we experienced quite a harsh mentality in this country from certain people, but despite this, we still had a good day, and got support from a number of locals here.

Stockholm, Sweden 02.12.19. We arrived here the evening before, and on our way we passed one of my old friends, Lisa, who I hadn't seen in ten years, so we dropped by her place, and drove her to Stockholm, where we met up with Douglas Falk, a flat earth fictional author who we had met previously in the Amsterdam convention. Despite being a fictional Author, Douglas's book is based on facts as much as possible and he happened to be launching his book the following day plus we met a big donator of the tour, Anders, and thanked him for his support. As we were already in the centre of Stockholm, we scouted the area for possible set ups before taking Lisa back home, who made us a nice meal. The next day, we set up outside the Swedish parliament of all places.  We were questioned by a number of officials including security and police but Sven made it clear to these guys that we were just passing and sharing information and that we were off to Finland the next day, so there was nothing to worry about, and thankfully we were left alone for the day. I had a day off filming that day also, as Jason took over which meant that I could hand out more leaflets and engage more easily. Anders and Douglas Falk came to support us too, and this was their first day of activism. (As it was for most of the people who came to support us in all of the countries as it happens).

On the journey from Sweden to Finland, Jason had pre booked a cheap ticket on a cruise ship as it was more cost effective to leave the Bus behind for a couple of days. On the cruise ship, there was various entertainment including live music, karaoke, a Jacuzzi as well as a sauna, however the first thing we did upon arrival was go straight to the all you can eat buffet which was kindly paid for by Anders. There was so much choice on the menu, including many vegan options so everyone was happy.

Helsinki, Finland 03.12.19. We arrived at Helsinki at 10 am, and considering that we were catching the return ferry back later that afternoon, we didn't want to waste time, so we went straight to the pre decided location, which was on a busy high street. Even though the mentality was very harsh there, (I was pushed out the way by a local within the first 15 minutes) we still got support from at least 5 other locals some of which included Tommi, Riku, and Stig which was great. We also shared the streets with some well dressed beggars, wearing fancy long skirts which probably didn't help. Everyone who came to meet us that day expressed that it was very isolating living in Finland knowing that the globe was a deception, however the positive thing that came out of it was that they all got to meet each other, and hopefully they will continue to support each other in spreading this awareness. One local guy also brought with him some leaflets with information written in Finnish with was a great bonus. But the good thing is that despite the harshness, we weren't bothered by authorities at all that day. Jack did quite a bit of 'street preaching' here also, and one of the Finnish guys translated in his language in attempt to penetrate through the minds of the stubborn locals. Jason said that Dave Mannall must have rubbed off on him! I wasn't operating the camera that day either, so I was able to wander around more freely and still managed to have a few good conversations. At one point, while Jack was having a conversation with one woman, a local guy from the street spontaneously joined in with the street activism and began to explain to the woman what we were about, which was another great bonus. We then made our way back and had another great all you can eat buffet on the boat, once again, paid for by Anders. When we arrived back in Sweden, we almost expected to have been fined for leaving the van in an unauthorised prime position, however miraculously, we weren't given a ticket, so we made our way back on the 2000 plus mile trip, which consisted of one bridge and two ferry's. On our return, we encountered more wind than we did at any other part of the trip and on the Calais to Dover ferry, we did some live streaming, and scattered a few leaflets around, which included sliding some in the locked up glass cabinets. The ferry however was loaded with I think French police armed with very big intimidating machine guns. Jason questioned one of them as to why this level of security was necessary, however he assured Jason that this is normal. I don't think it was normal and it was probably due to the political unrest in France I would guess. The security at the U.K border was also one of the most controlled we had encountered in the whole of Europe. It was almost like going through airport security. So when we finally got through border control, we drove Jason to his parked car, who then went on ahead to meet Roxanne, while Jack did a hang out and globe lie summary with FE-MEX, we then made our way to London where we met with Roxanne and Jason and went for a very late end of tour meal in china town. We parked that night close to Hyde Park, then the next day, we made our way to Leicester Square.

(Our sleeping place for the night, London)

London, Leicester Square 08.12.19. We had plenty of support in Leicester Square, as this was also our end of tour celebration. Many people who supported the tour came to meet us some of which included Virtex who we met for the first time, Jude and Colin, Spurskimo, Charlotte Love, Lee Earle, Gary John and around 30 others. The weather wasn't great this day, it was spitting and cold but we were left alone by authorities at least. Ruben brought with him a model replica he had made of the globe lie tour bus which was awesome. One rowdy Londoner got really triggered by us, and started shouting some kind of banter at the top of his voice which drew a lot of attention, more so than we'd had in any other part of Europe in fact, ironically. I continued to hand out leaflets like crazy, making the most of which should have been our final day but Jack was starting to feel the exhaustion and it shortly caught up on me. That evening, we celebrated in the “Moon Under The Water” pub who's name was very telling. Later that evening, we hung out in the van with Lee, Charlotte and company, then spent our final night in the van before returning to Glastonbury the next day.

Glastonbury, UK 10.12.19. This was our very final destination, in fact it was a bonus set up which was arranged by me. It was a very wet and windy day, and consequently we couldn't put up the banners. Ironically this was one of the very few locations where we had this problem in the whole of Europe. In fact even most of the market stall holders didn't turn up that day, and the ones that did went home early. Not only that, but this day we also happened to be competing with Jeremy Corbin supporters as well amnesty international. Aside from the street campaigners, there were very few people on the streets, esp for an otherwise busy market day, but I guess that was the weather. Despite this, we still had lots of support. As soon as I started streaming Rachel, who had attended some of my flat earth parties who happened to be passing, gave some encouragement, followed by Lily, who went on to tell the chat all about the parties that I put on, we were then rejoined by Dave, Andrea, and Alexander as well as tapper who supported us in the UK. We were also visited by Darpan, shortly followed Christoph who has done extensive research into giant tree stumps, etc, as well as Nicolas Bishop who came out to the globe lie tour the year before also. The bonus was that Jason happened to have work in the area that day, which was a total synchronicity so we were pleased that he could make it that day. I also discovered that day that some locals that I knew had recently become globe deniers which was great news. We still experienced the usual adversity from a few, but perhaps that is only there to counter the unusual open-mindedness that Glastonbury is renound for which was very obvious to Jack. That evening, we hung out with Dave, Andrea, Zee Zee and Nicolas in the globe lie tour bus for the very last time.

Glastonbury to London to Amsterdam to Slovenia 17.12.19. We spent the next couple of days taking salt baths and juicing to attempt to wind down from what had been almost three and a half months trip for me, and two and a half months for Jack. The salt baths however only made us aware of how exhausted we really were and yet, it wasn't over for us as we still had to get back to Slovenia, which would be another three day trip. So two days following, we were packed and got the bus to Bristol, followed by a coach to London, then caught a second coach to Amsterdam, with of course yet another ferry trip. All seemed to be going well until the coach driver stopped for a coffee in France at 3am. A few people got off, including Jack. I was asleep, only to wake up a little while later to find that Jack was not there! I was still half asleep, bewildered and confused. At first I though he must be in the toilet, but I waited a couple of minutes and no one appeared. I checked toilet but no-one was in there. I looked in the doorway, and saw his cap on the floor, and it was then that I figured that he must have been left at a petrol station while I was sleeping, and I wasn't clear how long ago this happened either so I rushed to the bus driver and told him that I think he has left someone behind. He was a very big, grumpy guy with a very deep voice, and immediately responded by saying 'Well I'm not turning back'! I begged him and said you have to, he doesn't even have a working phone and I don't even know where I'm going! This caused so much disturbance that it woke the whole coach up and several women attempted to help me mediate with the bus driver to help me put pressure on the driver to turn around. They were scared that the driver was going to have an accident because of the freak out, so eventually, resentfully, the driver turned around and went back to the petrol station, by which time, Jack who who was without a jacket or a working phone or Wi-Fi or a passport, had been standing in the cold and rain for almost one hour, making enquires for Taxi's to Amsterdam and possible hitches with lorry drivers.  So we make it all round Europe then at the very end, this happens! So we finally arrived back in Amsterdam, having done a full circle, and checked into the cheapest hostel we could find. The next evening we met up with Jack's Italian friend Cesko who was taking care of his car. Jack knew him for one day only in Amsterdam before the convention and thankfully he was able to help him so that Jack could be free to drive the Globe Lie Tour Bus. It was a long walk to the car and once again, we didn't get there 'til 3am, which seemed to be a reoccurring theme on our trip. And of course, to add to the challenge, the car didn't start, so all three of us attempted to push it several times with no luck. We were too far away to get back to the hostel, so we ended up sleeping on Cesko's hard bedroom floor for a couple of hours until Jack tracked down the cheapest battery so we could continue on our journey. So we left at 9 am from Cesko's, went back to the hostel to check out, and made our very last journey back to Slovenia that morning 1500 kilometres away. We managed to do this entire journey in 17 hours and arrived in Slovenia at 4am, Tuesday the 17th of December.

The Impact of The Globe Lie Euro Tour

By the end of the Globe Lie Euro Tour, the bus had traversed an astounding
17,000 miles across Europe in just 72 days. That works out to the equivalent of ¾ the way around the 'globe' if there ever was one. During this time, we handed out around 18,000 leaflets and had countless interactions. Not only did we leave our mark at each stop, but our influence was present in all kinds of unpredictable places such as border control, toll booths, police, security, shops, cafe's petrol stations, and city centre car parks, etc. We engaged with countless people on the streets, and attracted a multitude of globe lie activists who came to support us in their own countries, many of which not only had their first experience of globe lie activism, but many of them also met other local globe deniers for the first time, and intend continue doing forms of activism in the near future. The van and the banners were photographed countless times also, and more than likely will have been shared by many with friends, family or on social media and the Globe Lie Tour Bus was an eye sore for anyone who passed it on the road. Thousands of conversations will have been sparked up in passers by, and of course if we are to get past the YouTube censorship, this kind of approach is essential.
